Anwar Usman, Constitutional Court Judge with the Lowest Attendance Percentage in 2025

The Chairperson of the Constitutional Court's Honorary Council (MKMK), I Dewa Gede Palguna, presented the MKMK's 2025 Annual Report on Wednesday (31/12/2025).

On that occasion, the MKMK issued Letter Number 41/MKMK/12/2025 regarding a warning to Constitutional Court Justice Anwar Usman, due to frequent absences from sessions and judges' deliberation meetings (RPH) throughout 2025.

Palguna revealed that Anwar's attendance percentage in plenary, panel, and RPH sessions did not reach 90%, unlike the other eight Constitutional Court justices whose attendance percentages were above 90%.

In plenary sessions, Anwar's attendance percentage was only 86%, attending 508 out of 589 plenary sessions.

Furthermore, out of 160 panel sessions, Anwar only attended 128 times, or 80%.

Then, in RPH, out of 132 meetings scheduled for Anwar, he only attended 100 times, or 71%.
