Papua's per capita PDRB in the third quarter of 2018 was Rp 17 million.

Papua's Regional Gross Domestic Product (RGDP) at current prices in the third quarter of 2018 reached Rp 56.58 trillion. Meanwhile, the economy of Indonesia's easternmost province in the third quarter of 2018, based on constant 2010 prices, grew by 6.7% to Rp 42.92 trillion, slowing down compared to the previous quarter which reached 24.9%.

Meanwhile, Papua's per capita RGDP (including mining and quarrying) in Q3 2018 decreased slightly by 0.004% from the previous quarter to Rp 16.96 million. The stagnation of per capita RGDP is due to the low economic growth compared to the previous quarter.

For information, the proportion of Papua's population working in the mining and quarrying sector is very small. Therefore, to get a more accurate overall picture of Papua, it is better to use the RGDP without mining and quarrying, which in the third quarter of this year grew by 2.55% to Rp 10.07 million compared to the previous quarter.
