GOTO's Market Capitalization Plummets 44% in a Month

GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. (GOTO) share prices on the stock exchange have been continuously declining since the end of April. As a result, the market capitalization of this technology company has fallen by 44% in a month.

Based on Indonesia Stock Exchange data on Wednesday (May 11, 2022), GOTO's market capitalization is now only Rp 263 trillion. This value places GOTO in sixth position.

Previously, GOTO's market capitalization reached Rp 469 trillion when the company made its initial public offering on April 11, 2022. At that time, GOTO's market capitalization ranked third largest on the IDX.

The first position is still occupied by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), with a market capitalization of Rp 934 trillion.

The second position is still held by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) with a market capitalization of Rp 674 trillion. Next, PT Telkom Indonesia Persero Tbk (TLKM) has a recorded market capitalization of Rp 429 trillion.

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) is in fourth position with a market capitalization of Rp 370 trillion. Then, Astra International Tbk (ASII) recorded a market capitalization of Rp 279 trillion.
