Waskita Karya Undertakes 12 IKN Projects: Here's Their Progress

PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) is undertaking 12 construction projects in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN), with a total contract value of Rp13.6 trillion in 2024.

WSKT's SVP Corporate Secretary, Ermy Puspa Yunita, stated that the company has completed 2 out of the 12 projects: the Sepaku Ring Road Segment 4 and the Multi-Utility Tunnel-01 (MUT).

The Sepaku Ring Road Segment 4, measuring 4.45 kilometers (km), has been completed and includes road connectivity to the IKN Core Government Area (KIPP).

The MUT tunnel is built underground, neatly consolidating all electrical cables and optical networks.

"This ensures that the IKN is free from overhead or poorly organized underground cables and networks," said Ermy, as reported by *Antara* on Monday (6/5/2024).

Besides the two completed projects, the remaining 10 projects reportedly have varying progress levels, ranging from 5% to 84%.

The following is a detailed progress report of Waskita Karya's 12 IKN projects as of May 2, 2024:

9. Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) 123: 27.09%
10. IKN National Road Section 6C-1: 16.40%
11. IKN VVIP Airport Access Road: 11.77%
12. Toll Road Segment 3B-2: 5.70%
