Newly IPO'd, Here's Mitra Angkasa Sejahtera's Revenue and Profit Since 2018

The nut and bolt trading company, PT Mitra Angkasa Sejahtera Tbk, became the fifth company to list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). What are the revenue and profit of this company, with the stock code BAUT?

In 2018, Mitra Angkasa recorded sales of Rp 66.13 billion. In the same year, net profit attributable to the parent entity was recorded at Rp 2.82 billion.

Sales then increased by 28% to Rp 84.65 billion in 2019. Despite the increase in sales, BAUT's net profit fell by 50.5% to Rp 1.4 billion.

Mitra Angkasa was able to book a 37% increase in sales to Rp 116.28 billion in 2020. This increase in sales was not followed by an increase in net profit. BAUT's net profit actually plummeted by 67.4% to Rp 455 million.

In 2021, Mitra Angkasa only presented financial reports up to July 31, 2021. The company recorded sales of Rp 66.8 billion with a sharp increase in net profit from 2020, namely Rp 5.34 billion.

At the IPO, BAUT offered 1.45 million lots of shares at Rp 100 per share. The share price has increased by 86% to Rp 186 at the close of trading on Tuesday (8/2).
