Fantastic! DCI Indonesia's stock has soared 11,000 percent since the beginning of the year.

Since its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in early January 2021, the share price of PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (DCII), a provider of hosting services, has soared by 11,138%. It reached Rp59,000 at the close of trading on Friday, June 25, 2021.

At the beginning of the year, DCI Indonesia's share price was only Rp525. Although growth was slow over the past five months, the company's share price has risen dramatically in the last month.

However, in the last week, DCI Indonesia's share price has remained relatively stable at Rp59,000. This figure has held since June 17.

Hans Kwee, Capital Market Observer and Director of Anugerah Mega Investama, says two factors contributed to the surge in DCI Indonesia's share price. First, the purchase of shares by Salim Group generated positive sentiment. Second, the industry in which DCI Indonesia operates has significant future potential.

DCI Indonesia was established on July 18, 2011, as the first Tier IV data center in Southeast Asia and commenced commercial operations in 2013. The company operates in the industry providing hosting services and other activities such as data processing, web hosting, streaming, application hosting, and cloud computing storage.
