The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) strengthened by 0.34% to 6,921.55 at the close of trading on Monday (June 10, 2024).

Based on the IDX-IC Sectoral Index, four sectors saw gains today. The infrastructure sector led with a 0.82% increase, followed by the basic materials and healthcare sectors, both rising by 0.31%.

Asian stock exchanges closed mixed this afternoon. The Nikkei Index strengthened by 0.92% to 39,038.19, the Straits Times Index weakened by 0.26% to 3,322.08, while the Hang Seng and Shanghai indices were closed for a national holiday.
