12 Companies Queuing for an IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Early 2026

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) reported that there are 12 companies queuing to conduct initial public offerings (IPOs) in early 2026.

"To date, there are 12 companies in the BEI's stock listing pipeline," said BEI Corporate Valuation Director I Gede Nyoman Yetna in a press release on Monday (March 30, 2026).

The majority, or 11 of these IPO-queuing companies, have large-scale assets exceeding Rp250 billion, while one company is a medium-sized enterprise with assets ranging between Rp50 billion and Rp250 billion.

This asset categorization refers to the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 53/POJK.04/2017.

Here are the details of the company sectors queuing for IPOs on the BEI as of March 30, 2026:

• 3 companies from the primary consumer goods sector
• 2 companies from the infrastructure sector
• 2 companies from the technology sector
• 2 companies from the healthcare sector
• 1 company from the energy sector
• 1 company from the finance sector
• 1 company from the transportation and logistics sector

Since the beginning of the year until March 27, 2026, no company has conducted an IPO on the BEI.

However, during this period, three companies have issued rights issues with a total fundraising of Rp3.75 trillion.
