Profit of the Issuer Happy Hapsoro BUVA Skyrocketed by 1,073% in 2025

PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) reported that the current year's profit attributable to the owners of the company's parent entity reached Rp99.19 billion in 2025.

The net profit of the company owned by Happy Hapsoro, the husband of House of Representatives Speaker Puan Maharani, skyrocketed by 1,073% compared to the previous year (year-on-year/yoy).

This net profit was supported by the company's revenue, which also increased by 5.72% (yoy) in 2025, reaching Rp375.58 billion.

The revenue of this accommodation and hospitality services issuer was the largest from the room sector, reaching Rp229.18 billion or an increase of 5.74% (yoy).

Then there's the food and beverage sector of Rp117.73 billion, the spa sector of Rp12.98 billion, and other sectors produced by small department units of Rp15.68 billion.

As of December 31, 2025, BUVA's asset value reached Rp2.61 trillion, a jump of 23.19% (yoy). According to the company, the main contributor to the asset increase was the acquisition of subsidiary PT Bukit Permai Properti worth Rp536.23 billion.

This asset value consists of liabilities of Rp556.12 billion, a drop of 27.45% (yoy). The main contributor was the decrease in the value of related-party debt worth Rp120.47 billion, which has been classified into investment accounts in associated entities.

"In addition, there were loan repayments to related parties worth Rp46,812,864,368 and scheduled bank loan payments," explained BUVA Director Timothy Eugene Alamsyah in his statement on Tuesday (10/3/2026).

The asset value also consists of equity, which skyrocketed by 51.91% (yoy) in 2025 to Rp2.05 trillion.
