Profit of Prajogo Pangestu's CDIA Soared 266% in Q3 2025

Issuer owned by Prajogo Pangestu, PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDIA), recorded a profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent entity of US$77.60 million, or equivalent to Rp1.29 trillion (assuming Rp16,635 per US$), in the third quarter of 2025.

That net profit surged by 266.16% from the same period last year (year-on-year/yoy), which recorded US$21.19 million or Rp352.56 billion.

In line with this, CDIA's revenue soared by 41.97% (yoy) to US$104.82 million or Rp1.74 trillion in the third quarter of 2025.

The increase in revenue occurred across almost all of CDIA's business lines. Sales of electricity and other electrical services contributed the largest revenue, amounting to US$68.23 million, an increase of 13.85% (yoy).

Followed by the fuel sales segment, valued at US$24.67 million, which surged by 1,234.12% (yoy), and tank and pier rental at US$4.19 million, growing by 18.46% (yoy).

Meanwhile, fuel sales decreased by 9.25% (yoy) to US$7.72 million in the third quarter of this year.

Chandra Daya Investasi Director Jonathan Kandinata stated that the company's positive performance was strengthened by a loan of Rp2 trillion from BTN, cooperation with Bank Danamon, additional capital from Chandra Asri Group and EGCO Group, and funds from the IPO in July 2025.

"All these initiatives collectively strengthen the financial resilience of CDI Group and position the group for continued long-term growth across all its business pillars," Jonathan said in a written statement, as reported by Katadata, Thursday (30/10/2025).

By the end of the third quarter of 2025, CDIA had assets valued at US$1.6 billion. This value increased by 48.07% from the end of December 2024 position of US$1.08 billion.
