PT Bukalapak.com Tbk posted a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity of IDR 2.9 trillion in the third quarter of 2025.

Meanwhile, revenue from the online-to-offline (O2O) segment decreased by 63.55% (yoy) to IDR 605.95 billion, and retail revenue corrected by 52.77% (yoy) to IDR 226.74 billion.

Nevertheless, Bukalapak's cost of revenue swelled by 55.36% (yoy) to IDR 4.72 trillion in the third quarter of 2025.

Bukalapak Director Victor Putra Lesmana explained that the positive achievement in this period reflects the company's ability to maintain business stability and resilience amidst market changes.

"We continue to execute our strategy with discipline, strengthening the foundation of our ecosystem, and striving to provide sustainable value for all stakeholders," Victor said in his press release on Tuesday (October 28, 2025).

As of the end of September 2025, BUKA had assets valued at IDR 26.14 trillion. Its value grew by 5.43% from the December 2024 position of IDR 24.79 trillion.
