Top 10 New Issuers with Highest Listing Value as of Early December 2024

Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) data shows that at least 40 companies had listed on the Indonesian stock exchange by early December 2024.

The latest addition is PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI), a company owned by conglomerate Garibaldi Thohir or Boy Thohir, which listed its shares on Thursday (5/12/2024).

According to *Katadata*, its share price opened up 19.82% or 1,100 points to Rp 6,650 per share, hitting the auto reject upper (ARA).

AADI released 778.68 million shares, equivalent to 10% of its issued and fully paid-up capital. This corporate action generated a substantial Rp 4.32 trillion in fresh funds for the subsidiary of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO).

However, the number of shares released did not place AADI among the new issuers with the largest initial public offering (IPO) and share count by early December 2024.

The largest IPO came from PT Intra GolfLink Resorts Tbk (GOLF), owned by Hutomo Mandala Putra or Tommy Soeharto. Cited from the IDX website, GOLF became the 30th company listed on the IDX in 2024. GOLF operates in the non-primary consumer goods sector, specifically in the recreation & sports facilities sub-industry.

GOLF's share offering price was Rp 200 per share, with 19.48 million shares listed. Its market capitalization is Rp 3.89 trillion.

Second is PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk (ALII), listed on February 7, 2024, with 15.82 billion shares listed.

Third is PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) on July 8, 2024, with 8.89 billion shares listed.
