Bank Mandiri and its subsidiaries recorded net interest, sharia, and premium income of Rp48.25 trillion in the first half of 2023. This achievement increased by approximately 11.7% compared to the first half of last year (year-on-year/yoy).

This growth mainly came from the disbursement of commercial credit, which increased by 18.9% (yoy) to Rp215.7 trillion, then SME (small medium enterprise) credit increased by 11.7% (yoy) to Rp72.3 trillion, and consumer credit increased by 11.3% (yoy) to Rp106 trillion.

On the other hand, Bank Mandiri's bank-only non-performing loan (NPL) ratio decreased to 1.53% as of June 2023. This position is much better compared to a year ago, when its NPL reached 2.47% in June 2022.
