Palladium Prices Rise for the Past Three Days

Yahoo Finance reports that the price of palladium today rose 0.53 percent to USD 926.5 per troy ounce. This price increase is relatively high compared to the average price movement over the past week.

Palladium prices saw their highest jump this week on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, reaching 2.8 percent. However, trading since the beginning of the year has been consistently down, with year-to-date growth falling 16 percent.

The current situation is similar to the palladium price movement over the past three days, which has been trending downward.

Over the past week, palladium prices have grown by 8.1 percent, with an average daily transaction price of USD 903.04 per troy ounce. Compared to its position 30 days ago, the palladium price has grown by -5.7 percent. From its highest price this year at USD 1,103 per troy ounce, the price of palladium has fallen 16 percent.

Annually, the average trading price of palladium over the past five years has been trending downward. Meanwhile, for monthly price monitoring, transactions in the last 12 months have tended to decline. The highest average monthly price of palladium was recorded in September 2023 at USD 1,230.32 per troy ounce.
