The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) hit a new record high before the end of the year.

On Thursday's (28/12/2023) closing trade, the index closed up 57.97 points or 0.80% to 7,303.89.

According to Bloomberg, nine stock sectors rose today. The property sector led with a 2.38% increase, followed by the consumer staples and finance sectors, which rose 1.27% and 1.16% respectively.
