The largest per capita non-food expenditure was for housing and household facilities, accounting for more than 50%. The smallest per capita non-food expenditure was for parties and ceremonies/festivities, at 2.72%.

* Durable goods: Rp54,084 per capita per month
* Taxes; levies; insurance: Rp50,753 per capita per month
* Clothing; footwear; and headwear: Rp30,934 per capita per month
* Party and ceremony expenses: Rp17,655 per capita per month
* Total non-food: Rp649,648 per capita per month
Urban per capita non-food expenditure was Rp810,060 per capita per month, while rural per capita non-food expenditure was Rp435,620 per capita per month.
For information, the average monthly per capita expenditure of Indonesian residents was Rp1,280,000 per capita per month. This comprises food consumption expenditure of Rp631,680 per capita per month and non-food consumption expenditure of Rp649,650 per capita per month.
