Largest Third-Party Payers from Jakarta in July 2021

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) recorded that third-party funds (DPK) in general banks amounted to Rp 6.97 quadrillion in July 2021. This figure decreased by 0.01% compared to June 2021.

Compared to the same period last year, the value of DPK in general banks grew by 10.43% (year on year/yoy). Meanwhile, the value of DPK in general banks in July 2021 increased by 4.51% compared to the position in December 2020 (year to date/ytd).

By province, DPK originating from Jakarta amounted to Rp 3.58 quadrillion in July 2021. This amount is equivalent to 51.44% of the total DPK, making it the largest.

DPK originating from East Java was recorded at Rp 659.71 trillion. This is followed by West Java and Central Java with DPK values of Rp 571.38 trillion and Rp 352.37 trillion, respectively.

Then, DPK originating from North Sumatra was recorded at Rp 278.59 trillion. DPK collected from Banten reached Rp 222.82 trillion. DPK originating from East Kalimantan amounted to Rp 122.41 trillion.

DPK originating from South Sulawesi was recorded at Rp 108.26 trillion. Meanwhile, DPK collected in Bali and Riau amounted to Rp 100.69 trillion and Rp 99.41 trillion, respectively.

The total DPK from these 10 provinces amounted to Rp 6.09 quadrillion in July 2021. This amount is equivalent to 87.55% of the total DPK in general banks.
