2025 Joint BUMN Recruitment Opens, These Are the Most Numerous Fields!

The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) opened registration for the 2025 Joint SOE Recruitment (RBB) on Friday, March 7, 2025.

According to the official Instagram account of the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) BUMN, there are more than 2,000 job openings from 107 state-owned companies and their subsidiaries participating in this recruitment.

Registration is open to graduates of SMA/SMK (senior high school/vocational high school), D3 (Diploma 3), D4 (Diploma 4), S1 (Bachelor's degree), and S2 (Master's degree) in several fields, such as operations, engineering, finance, and IT.

The following is a list of the 10 fields with the highest number of job openings in RBB 2025:

1. Operations/Product/Project: 650 openings
2. Business/Marketing: 440 openings
3. Finance: 327 openings
4. Engineering & Maintenance: 214 openings
5. Logistics/Supply Chain/Asset/GA: 133 openings
6. Digitalization & IT: 119 openings
7. Human Resources/HC: 96 openings
8. Legal & Compliance: 67 openings
9. System Management & Safety: 36 openings
10. Strategic Planning: 33 openings

Meanwhile, the fields with the fewest openings are fleet management (1 opening), analyst research (3 openings), and capital market investment banking and aquaria (6 openings each).

Registration for RBB 2025 is open from March 7-16, 2025, and can only be done online through the official FHCI website: https://rekrutmenbersama2025.fhcibumn.id.
