The Indonesian Demographic Institute of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (LD FEB UI), through its survey, recorded public perception of Gojek services during the pandemic. The results show that 88% of respondents strongly agreed that the application encouraged them to become more familiar with using digital payment services.

Furthermore, 86% of respondents stated that Gojek encouraged them to start digital businesses, such as selling food through GoFood. Not only that, respondents also strongly agreed that the application helped them adapt quickly to adjust the services they needed (83%) and adapt to new habits and a healthier lifestyle during the pandemic (82%).

The research was conducted using an online survey method in September 2020, involving 4,199 respondents who actively used Gojek services in the past month.
