As reported by *Katadata*, during the e-IPO public offering period, the issuer, which operates in the travel accommodation services sector, recorded an oversubscription of approximately 33.14 times.
There were 15,717 parties who subscribed to HAJJ shares, spread across 34 provinces in Indonesia and 5 countries. The majority of subscribers were individual investors (15,709 parties), with the remaining 8 being institutional investors.
HAJJ offered 687 million new shares with a nominal value of Rp30 per share. They opened the offering at Rp150 per share, with a daily range of Rp160-Rp169 per share.
According to data from RTI, HAJJ shares rose 15 points or 9.74% to Rp169 on Thursday, April 6, 2023. The trading volume reached 48.72 million shares, with a transaction value of Rp8.2 billion and a frequency of 2,781 times. HAJJ's market capitalization reached Rp387 billion.

According to its financial statements, HAJJ recorded a net profit of Rp966.28 million for the year to date in March 2022.
However, in its 2021 annual report, HAJJ incurred a loss of Rp1.97 billion. In 2020, HAJJ recorded a net profit of Rp442 million.
HAJJ's total assets as of March 2022 reached Rp73.61 billion. Its liabilities amounted to Rp26.45 billion, and its equity reached Rp47.16 billion.
