Bali Flood Toll Update: 9 Dead (Wednesday, September 10, 2025)

Flooding in six regencies and cities in Bali Province has claimed 9 lives, with 2 people still missing. This data was reported by the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) on Wednesday (10/9/2025) at 6:45 PM WIB.

The Head of BNPB's Data, Information, and Disaster Communication Center, Abdul Muhari, in his statement to Antara, explained that a total of 202 families or 620 people were affected.

The flood-affected areas include Denpasar City, and Jembrana, Gianyar, Klungkung, Badung, and Tabanan Regencies.

Due to the floods, some residents had to evacuate because their homes were still submerged.

In Jembrana Regency, 85 people evacuated to several posts in Yeh Kuning Village Hall, Yeh Kuning Banjar Hall, Assidiqie Mosque, and Darul Musthofa Mosque.

In Denpasar City, 108 people evacuated to SD 25 Pemecutan, Sedana Merta Ubung Banjar, and Dakdakan Peguyangan Banjar.

In addition, the Head of BNPB, Lieutenant General TNI Suharyanto, stated that the Bali Provincial Government has declared a state of emergency for one week.

"This emergency is so that we can collaborate, and the central government can also provide assistance," said Suharyanto.

Following the declaration of the emergency status, the central government began to dispatch logistical aid worth Rp1 billion, consisting of rubber boats, food packages, pumps, and tents.
