One-Price Fuel Program Reaches 83 Locations in 2020

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) recorded that the realization of the One-Price Fuel (BBM) program in 2020 reached 83 locations. A total of 253 locations had been reached from 2017 to Q4 2020. The One-Price Fuel price is set at Rp 6,450 per liter for Premium gasoline and Rp 5,150 per liter for diesel.

The distribution includes 90 locations in Maluku and Papua, where prices previously ranged from Rp 12,000 to Rp 100,000; 52 locations in Kalimantan, with previous prices ranging from Rp 8,000 to Rp 40,000; 46 locations in Sumatra, with previous prices ranging from Rp 8,000 to Rp 9,000; and 38 locations in NTB and NTT, with previous prices ranging from Rp 8,000 to Rp 9,000.

Furthermore, 22 locations in Sulawesi, with previous prices ranging from Rp 8,500 to Rp 25,000; 3 locations in Java and Madura, with previous prices ranging from Rp 8,000 to Rp 10,000; and 2 locations in Bali, with previous prices ranging from Rp 8,000 to Rp 10,000. The government targets to reach another 76 locations in 2021. By 2024, it is expected that the One-Price Fuel program will have expanded to 500 locations.
