PT Pertamina (Persero) recorded that the subsidized fuel (BBM) quota for Pertalite had reached 24.5 million kiloliters (kl) by October.

Head of the Upstream Oil and Gas Business Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas), Erika Retnowati, said the addition of the subsidized fuel quota aims to prevent potential fuel shortages due to a surge in consumption until the end of the year. According to Erika, the supply of subsidized fuel would only last until October without the quota increase.
