2023 Data: Unemployment in Bau Bau City 4.17%

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the open unemployment rate (OUR) in Bau Bau City in December 2023 decreased by 1.22% to 4.17% compared to December 2022. Compared to December 2021, the open unemployment rate (OUR) also decreased from 6.87%.

Over the past five years, the open unemployment rate (OUR) has shown a downward trend. The four years following the Covid-19 pandemic, which began in March 2020, also saw a decrease in the open unemployment rate (OUR) in Bau Bau City.
