According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Central Java Regional Government, Banjarnegara's City/Regency Minimum Wage (UMK) is Rp2,170,475 in 2025.

This UMK increased by Rp132,470 (6.5%) compared to the 2024 UMK of Rp2,038,005.
