The remaining civil servants are from the youngest age group, 18-20 years old, numbering only 68 (0.002%). The BKN explains that civil servants in this youngest age group have a long career ahead of them in government service.

In 2024, the government will increase civil servant pensions by 12%. President Joko Widodo stated that this increase aims to improve the performance of government officials.
