Number of Indonesian Domestic Workers Placed Through Placement Agencies in Q4 2024

According to data from the Ministry of Labor, there were 8,184 workers placed through the Household Workers Placement Agency (LPPRT) in Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Of all these household workers, the majority or 97% were women and 3% were men.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the most houseworkers placed through LPPRT were recorded in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), while the least were in Papua Mountains, with the following details:

3. Central Java: 1,241 people
4. East Java: 899 people
5. West Java: 758 people
6. South Sulawesi: 531 people
7. South Sumatra: 524 people

11. DKI Jakarta: 119 people
12. West Sulawesi: 105 people
