This is the Eid al-Fitr Bonus for Gojek Ride-hailing Drivers in 2026

On this Eid holiday, PT Gojek Tokopedia (GoTo) will distribute a holiday bonus (BHR) to its driver workers.

GoTo's CEO, Hans Patuwo, stated that the total budget for the 2026 BHR has significantly increased, from Rp50 billion in 2025 to Rp110 billion this year.

"We distribute the BHR as a form of appreciation from GoTo to our partner drivers for their contributions in maintaining the quality and reliability of our services to customers over the past 12 months, while also considering the company's financial capacity," said Hans in a written statement on Tuesday (3/3/2026).

The BHR amount for online ojek (motorcycle taxi) drivers ranges from Rp150,000 to Rp900,000, while for online taxi drivers, it ranges from Rp200,000 to Rp1.6 million.

The BHR will be distributed via GoPay Mitra from March 4 to 6, 2026, to drivers who meet the criteria.

Here are the criteria for online ojek and taxi driver partners who are eligible to receive the BHR:

• The level of using the Gojek platform as a primary or supplementary source of income, measured by the number of hours spent online
• The quality of service, measured by the acceptance and completion rate of orders.

The BHR recipients are divided into three categories: "Champion Partners" for drivers who make Gojek their primary source of income, "Reliable Partners" for those who use it as a supplementary income, and "Hopeful Partners" for those who use the platform occasionally.

"With this approach, we hope to distribute the BHR in a more fair and transparent manner," claimed Hans.
