2026 Minimum Wage List for West Kalimantan

The West Kalimantan Provincial Government has set the regency/city minimum wage (UMK) in its region for 2026.

This is stipulated in West Kalimantan Governor's Decree Number 1.355/Nakertran/2025 concerning UMK in the West Kalimantan Province, issued on December 23, 2025.

This UMK applies to workers with less than one year of service. As for workers with more than one year of service, their wages follow the company's wage structure.

Every employer is prohibited from paying wages lower than the UMK, except for micro and small-scale businesses.

The 2025 UMK in West Kalimantan ranges from Rp3.1 million to Rp3.56 million per month. The highest UMK is in Ketapang Regency, while the lowest is in Kubu Raya Regency.
