Regional heads in Indonesia have set the regency/city minimum wage (UMK) in their respective regions for 2026.

Bekasi City has the largest UMK for 2026, at almost Rp6 million per month. This figure increased by Rp308,691, or grew by 5.53% compared to the 2025 UMK.

Following closely is Bekasi Regency with a 2026 UMK of Rp5.94 million, followed by Karawang Regency at Rp5.89 million.
