235 K3 Auditors in Indonesia in Semester I 2025: Their Distribution

According to the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), as of the first half of 2025, there were 235 occupational safety and health (OSH) examiners in Indonesia.

This number is spread across 17 provinces and the Directorate General of Employment Supervision and OSH (Ditjen Binwasnaker dan K3) of the Kemnaker.

Based on their rank, 125 examiners are First-Class Experts (Ahli Pratama), 57 are Junior Experts (Ahli Muda), and 53 are Senior Experts (Ahli Madya).

The following is the distribution of the number of OSH examiners in the first half of 2025 by province:

1. South Sulawesi: 33 examiners
2. West Java: 29 examiners
3. Jakarta: 28 examiners
4. Central Java: 19 examiners
5. East Java: 18 examiners
6. East Kalimantan: 16 examiners
7. North Sumatra: 14 examiners
8. Bali: 13 examiners
9. Yogyakarta Special Region: 6 examiners
10. West Kalimantan: 6 examiners
11. West Sumatra: 5 examiners
12. South Sumatra: 2 examiners
13. Bangka Belitung Islands: 2 examiners
14. North Sulawesi: 2 examiners
15. Lampung: 1 examiner
16. West Nusa Tenggara: 1 examiner
17. Maluku: 1 examiner
18. Ditjen Binwasnaker dan K3 Kemnaker: 39 examiners

In its report, Kemnaker explained that the OSH examiner data for the first half of 2025 was last updated in April 2025.
