Forbes' 10 Highest-Paid Actors in the World 2024: Is Your Idol on the List?

Forbes magazine has released its list of the world's highest-paid actors in 2024.

Dwayne Johnson tops the list as the highest-paid actor globally. Known as The Rock, his estimated earnings are US$88 million, equivalent to Rp1.43 trillion (assuming Rp16,250 per US$).

The majority of his income comes from the Amazon-produced film *Red One* (2024), for which he reportedly received US$50 million or Rp812.5 billion.

Ryan Reynolds follows in second place, with earnings of US$85 million or Rp1.38 trillion. Reynolds is credited as co-writer and star of this year's biggest live-action film.

"Reynolds was the lead producer, co-writer, and star of this year's biggest live-action film, *Deadpool & Wolverine*, which grossed over US$1.3 billion worldwide," Forbes wrote in its report, *The Highest-Paid Actors Of 2024*.

10. Will Smith: US$26 million

These figures represent pre-tax income for the 2024 calendar year, less 10% for agents, 10% for managers, and 5% for lawyers.

Furthermore, these figures only include entertainment-related income, such as acting, film production, directing, and other similar activities.
