Indonesia's Most Popular State University, STAN Attracts the Highest Number of Provisional Registrants

Registration for state schools has opened from June 29th to July 18th, 2025. According to data from the National Personnel Agency (BKN), 26,082 participants had registered as of Friday, July 4th, 2025, at 12:00 WIB.

Of that number, only 14,018 have submitted their documents or completed the registration process.

Furthermore, 2,653 applicants have been verified as meeting the agency's requirements, while 118 applicants were deemed ineligible.

Within the first week of the 2025 state school registration, the State Finance Polytechnic (PKN STAN) had the highest number of applicants, with 6,247 individuals.

The following is a complete list of the provisional number of applicants for state schools in 2025, as of Friday, July 4th, 2025, at 12:00 WIB:

1. State Finance Polytechnic (PKN STAN): 6,247 people

2. Institute of Government Science (IPDN): 6,126 people

3. Selection of Prospective Cadets under the Ministry of Transportation (SIPENCATAR Kemenhub): 5,115 people

4. Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics College (STMKG BMKG): 3,209 people

5. Statistics Polytechnic (STS): 2,994 people

6. State Intelligence College (STIN): 1,841 people

7. National Cyber and Cryptography Polytechnic (PSSN BSSN): 550 people

The BKN urges participants who have already registered to ensure that the submitted data complies with the requirements.

"Because once you submit and click the final stage, the data cannot be corrected. Read the announcement from the applied state school institution before registering," wrote the BKN on its official Instagram page on Friday, July 4th, 2025.
