Registration for the Civil Servant Candidate Selection (CPNS) which was extended for four days, closed on Tuesday (September 10, 2024) at 23:59 WIB.
According to a report from the National Personnel Agency (BKN), a total of 3,963,832 people registered on the State Civil Apparatus Candidate Selection System (SSCASN) portal as of Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 08:00 WIB.
Of that number, 3,572,414 have submitted their registration documents. 2,855,597 participants were verified as meeting the requirements, while 599,528 applicants were declared ineligible.
However, this data may change after the objection period, which took place from September 20-22, 2024.
Based on the institution, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) had the highest number of applicants for the 2024 CPNS, reaching 567,552 applicants. This is despite the ministry only offering 9,070 positions.
Here is a list of the top 10 institutions with the most CPNS applicants as of September 17, 2024, at 08:00 WIB:
1. Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham): 567,552 applicants
2. Ministry of Religious Affairs: 411,194 applicants
3. Ministry of Health: 106,793 applicants
4. Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek): 88,185 applicants
5. Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kemkominfo): 87,246 applicants
6. Attorney General's Office: 80,749 applicants
7. Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK): 44,362 applicants
8. DKI Jakarta Provincial Government: 43,838 applicants
9. Ministry of Finance: 39,027 applicants
10. Agency for the Supervision of Finance and Development (BPKP): 35,278 applicants
For the next process, the administrative selection results can be checked through announcements from each institution, which will be released concurrently from September 14-19, 2024. Applicants can also check their results on the BKN SSCASN portal.
In addition, the Acting Head of the Public Relations, Law, and Cooperation Bureau, Vino Dita Tama, urged applicants to be wary of circulating information and not to easily trust individuals who claim to represent BKN.
"Applicants are reminded to always refer to official government information channels, both from BKN and the institution they are applying to," said Vino in his statement, as reported from the official BKN website on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
