12 Top Universities in Southeast Asia: UI and UGM Included

According to the QS World University Rankings, the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) from Singapore again won the title of best universities in Southeast Asia in 2022.

Both universities received the highest scores, 100 points and 98.7 points, respectively.

NUS is the oldest higher education institution in Singapore. NUS has 3 campuses and 17 faculties. Its leading research centers cover treatment and prevention of common Asian diseases, energy, environment and urban sustainability, to risk management and resilience of the financial system.

Meanwhile, Indonesian representative universities, namely Universitas Indonesia and Universitas Gadah Mada, ranked 11th and 12th with scores of 58.1 points and 57.3 points, respectively.

The following is a list of the top 12 universities in Southeast Asia in 2022 according to the QS World University Ranking:
