This indicator consists of the percentage of lecturers with doctoral degrees (S3), lecturers holding senior lecturer and professor positions, the student-to-lecturer ratio, the number of foreign students, and the number of lecturers working as practitioners in industry for at least six months.
The process indicator contributed 25%, consisting of the assessment of university and study program accreditation, university collaborations, online learning, the implementation of the Merdeka Campus program, and the completeness of reports. The output indicator, which also contributed 25%, consisted of the assessment of the number of scientific articles, research performance, student performance, and the number of internationally certified study programs.
Meanwhile, the outcome indicator had a weight of 30%. This indicator includes the assessment of innovation performance, the number of graduates who obtained employment within six months, the number of citations per lecturer, and community service performance.
