Price of Low-Quality Grade II Rice in Traditional Markets, April 2024-2025

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 07:45 WIB, the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets in West Kalimantan Province increased by Rp450 compared to the previous day, reaching Rp13,950.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets decreased from Rp14,000.

Meanwhile, the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets in West Kalimantan over the past three months has increased by 1.09% from the previous price of Rp13,800.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in traditional markets in this province was in July 2022, with an increase of 15.38%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in July 2022, with a decrease of -13.33%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in West Kalimantan show 11 commodities decreased and 16 increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are: Large Red Chili, Red Chili, Chili, Curly Red Chili, Green Chili, Low-Quality Grade I Rice, Low-Quality Grade II Rice, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2, Quality 2 Beef, Beef, and Red Chili.
