The agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sector in Lima Puluh Kota Regency is the mainstay sector and contributed the largest share to the GRDP in 2023, reaching Rp6.09 trillion. This GRDP grew by 3.45% compared to the previous year's Rp5.63 trillion.
Following this, the wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector grew by 5.5% to Rp3.06 trillion, and the transportation and warehousing sector grew by 5.86% to Rp2.07 trillion.
In addition, another sector contributing to the top five is the manufacturing industry with a GRDP of Rp1.28 trillion.
