Next is the wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector, which grew by 6.34% to Rp676.49 billion. The construction sector grew by 5.92% to Rp672.82 billion.
Finally, rounding out the top five GRDP contributors in Samosir Regency is the accommodation and food service sector, valued at Rp284.3 billion. According to BPS, this sector grew by 9.69% over the past year, up from Rp253.5 billion.
