Today's Food Price List in Banten: Rice, Chicken, and Chili Prices Drop (Friday, March 22, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (22/3/2024) at 08.16 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, garlic bulbs, skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), farmer-level corn, red chili peppers, pure beef, and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp1,120 (11.39%) to Rp10,950 per kg. Milkfish had the lowest price decrease of Rp5,950 (17.85%) to Rp27,390 per kg.
