Today's Food Prices (03/2) in DKI Jakarta: Onion, Red Chili, and Egg Prices Decrease

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (3/2/2026) at 15:36 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 6 commodities decreased.

The only commodity whose price increased was medium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as red bird's eye chili, curly red chili, Minyakita cooking oil, large red chili, and broiler chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Medium rice commodity rose the highest by Rp50 (0.35%) to Rp14,213 per kg. Red bird's eye chili prices fell the deepest by Rp2,250 (3.0%) to Rp72,750 per kg.

7. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp39,675 per kg (unchanged)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp29,400 per kg (decreased 0.17%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp22,550 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp19,683 per liter (unchanged)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp18,225 per kg (unchanged)
