Daily Price of Curly Red Chili Peppers at Traditional Markets, January 2024

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of curly red chilies in Bali's traditional markets is recorded at Rp19,750. This price is up Rp250 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets has decreased from Rp26,150.

Meanwhile, the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets in Bali over the past three months has fallen by 57.3%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of curly red chilies in Bali's traditional markets was traded at Rp46,250.

The record high for the daily price of curly red chilies in the province's traditional markets was previously recorded in November 2021 with an increase of 63.86%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in September 2021 at -27.63%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Bali today show three commodities decreased and 23 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Chicken Meat, Medium I Quality Rice, and Fresh Chicken Meat.
