Latest Food Prices in Aceh Region: Oil Up, Chicken Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (8/7/2024) at 10.07 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, granulated sugar, red chilies, milkfish, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, chicken eggs, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna increased the most, by Rp2,340 (8.84%) to Rp28,800 per kg. The price of broiler chicken decreased the most sharply, by Rp2,660 (8.5%) to Rp28,640 per kg.

6. Milkfish: Rp34,100 per kg (up 0.38%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp28,800 per kg (up 8.84%)
8. Broiler Chicken: Rp28,640 per kg (down 8.5%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp26,340 per kg (down 0.23%)
10. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp19,130 per liter (up 3.18%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp18,420 per kg (up 1.15%)
