Chicken prices in traditional markets in West Kalimantan Province have increased by 3.95% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 07:44 WIB, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in West Kalimantan Province increased by Rp650 compared to the previous day, reaching Rp35,500.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets has increased from Rp34,150.

Meanwhile, the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in West Kalimantan over the past three months has increased by 1.28% from the previous recorded price of Rp35,050.

The record high for the daily price of chicken in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in January 2025 with an increase of 115.18%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2025 with a decrease of -48.82%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in West Kalimantan show 15 commodities decreased and 15 others increased. Basic commodities with price decreases include: Large Red Chili (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Garlic, Red Chili (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Chili (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Red Onion (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Medium-sized Red Onion, Curly Red Chili (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Rice (in Traditional Markets by Province), Green Chili (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2 (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1 (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Grade 2 Beef (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Cooking Oil (daily in Traditional Markets by Province), Medium-sized Garlic, and Red Chili (daily in Traditional Markets by Province).
