Daily Prices of Curly Red Chilies at Traditional Markets, December 2023-2024

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of curly red chilies in Gorontalo Province's traditional markets is recorded at Rp55,850. This price is up Rp7,900 compared to the previous day.

Regarding the price over the past month, the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp51,250.

Meanwhile, the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets in Gorontalo over the past three months has increased by 50.54% from the previous price of Rp37,100.

The record high for the daily price of curly red chilies in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in September 2016 with an increase of 333.82%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in September 2016 with a decrease of -79.32%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Gorontalo show 11 commodities decreased and four increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Red Chili, Rice, Granulated Sugar, Garlic, Medium-Sized Garlic, Red Chili, Curly Red Chili, Premium Quality Granulated Sugar, Chili, Super I Quality Rice, and Local Granulated Sugar.
