Latest Aceh Region Food Prices: Chicken Price Up, Salt Price Down (Monday, February 19, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Monday (19/2/2024) at 10:30 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, pure beef, broiler chicken, bulk cooking oil, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, fine iodized salt, granulated sugar, shallots, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken prices increased the most, by Rp1,810 (6.27%) to Rp30,700 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level decreased the most, by Rp1,750 (22.58%) to Rp6,000 per kg.
