Latest Bali Food Prices: Red Chili Prices Up, Beef Prices Down

Food prices for several commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (20/9/2025) at 08.09 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 10 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include consumption salt, broiler eggs, large red chili, consumption sugar, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, prices for several commodities such as garlic bulbs, shallots, dried soybeans (imported), corn at farmer level, and red bird''s eye chili decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Curly red chili commodity soared the highest by Rp8,687 (23.92%) to Rp45,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dried soybeans (imported) dropped the sharpest by Rp10,369 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.

4. Mackerel: Rp35,000 per kg (down 9.68%)
5. Skipjack Tuna: Rp35,000 per kg (up 6.67%)
6. Garlic Bulbs: Rp30,000 per kg (down 4.83%)
7. Red Bird''s Eye Chili: Rp30,000 per kg (down 7.75%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp28,000 per kg (up 1.96%)
9. Shallots: Rp27,000 per kg (down 15.39%)
