Price of Grade II Low-Quality Rice in Traditional Markets for the Period March 2025-2026

Quoting from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) dashboard at 16:44 WIB, the daily price of Grade II low-quality rice in traditional markets in Banten Province has not changed compared to the previous day, nor has it changed in the last week.

Regarding the price in the last month, the development of the daily price of Grade II low-quality rice in traditional markets has not changed from the previously recorded Rp13,150 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of Grade II low-quality rice in traditional markets in Banten over the last three months has increased by 1.15% from the previous trading price of Rp13,000 per kg.

The record increase in the daily price of Grade II low-quality rice in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in January 2021 with an increase of 9.04%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2021 with a decrease of -8.29%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine staple foods (sembako) today in Banten show that seven commodities have decreased and 11 others have increased. The sembako with decreasing prices are Daily Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, Fresh Layer Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, Grade 1 Beef in Traditional Markets by Province, Chicken Meat in Traditional Markets by Province, Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat in Traditional Markets by Province, Green Bird's Eye Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, and Beef in Traditional Markets by Province.
