Bali Food Price Update Today: Chili Prices Up, Salt Prices Down (Sunday, February 11, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (11/2/2024) at 13:33 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, broiler chicken, premium rice, shallots, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, shallots, iodized fine salt, simple packaged cooking oil, and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices surged the highest by Rp2,840 (7.61%) to Rp40,160 per kg. Meanwhile, mackerel prices decreased the most by Rp1,810 (4.8%) to Rp35,890 per kg.
