Daily Price of Medium-Sized Garlic at Traditional Markets, February 2024

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of medium-sized garlic in traditional markets in Bali Province is recorded at Rp38,250. This price is unchanged compared to the previous day and the last week.

However, compared to the last month, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in traditional markets has increased from the previous record of Rp35,250.

Meanwhile, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in traditional markets in Bali over the last three months has increased by 6.25% from the previous trading price of Rp36,000.

The record high for the daily price of medium-sized garlic in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2021 with an increase of 117.39%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in June 2021 with a decrease of -54.5%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bali show three commodities decreased and 23 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Chicken Meat, Medium Quality I Rice, and Fresh Chicken Meat.
